2008 Cheltenham Festival - Gold Cup
Well this has been a very good year for our ratings so far with both naps for the 2008 Cheltenham festival winning - Katchit the Champion Hurdle @ 10/1 and yesterday Our Viv winning the Ryanair Chase @ 4/1. Today is the main event with the battle between Kauto Star and Denman in the Cheltenham Gold Cup. Our ratings and in fairness most systems make this a two horse race but we are going in favour of the challenger to the crown and as such we will be backing Denman. Take a closer look at our ratings and you will notice that Paul Nicholls trains the top three - if you think the Somerset trainer can pull of such a feat then the 5/1 on offer from both William Hill and Blue SQ looks tempting.
